FOR THE EIFFEL TOWER
⚈ Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where the host will provide the tickets.
⚈ It is not possible to reschedule the tour once the booking has been completed
⚈ This is not a guided tour, your host will lead you up until the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, from there you will proceed to your visit independently.
⚈ Even with prepaid access, you might wait at the security checks and for the elevators on the ground floor or when going down from the second floor.
⚈ The Eiffel Tower is wheelchair-accessible only up to the second floor
⚈ Animals are not permitted, except the animals accompanying visitors with disabilities
⚈ The Eiffel Tower is a non-smoking monument
⚈ There is no left-luggage facility at the Eiffel Tower
⚈ It is not allowed to bring large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby stroller, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling object (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), also do not bring sharp objects such as knives, pocket knives, scissors and corkscrews, glass bottles, padlocks, cans or anything that may explode or be otherwise dangerous
⚈ This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the elevator of the Eiffel Tower is restricted and you take the stairs, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the elevator and a ticket for the stairs may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public by stairs.
